Hearing Aid

Project Overview

Each year 200 children are born deaf in Italy. In many cases, cochlear implantology is used to recover the auditory function during the cognitive and sensorial development of the child. Modular design has helped in improving the hearing aid’s ergonomy and wearability during the child’s growth.

The project was implemented thanks to the collaboration of hospital units that facilitated dialogue with patients. The team of experts has brought together the skills of designers, engineers, psychologists, doctors and technicians with the sole aim of helping patients to grow up healthy.
